Maple Ponds Equestrian Center is an easy drive from some of the best dining, shopping and entertainment around.

There are two terrific Restaurants in Wiliamstown, just a few minutes away by car,

One is a classic Irish/Scottish Pub opened for lunch and late night dining. The other is a quaint restaurant with a dining patio suspended over the Raisin River.

If what you want is a more varied selection of small-town dining, you can be in the village of Alexandria in 15 minutes, where there are some excellent little restaurants and a few name brands like Subway, Tim Horton’s and a combination Pizza Hut-KFC.

Or you can be dining at the Lancaster Pizzeria that has everything, and is less than 10 minutes away by car.

But, if what you want is a bigger variety of restaurants catering to all tastes, it’s just 20 minutes to the City of Cornwall, where you can also shop at major name brand stores, and even catch a movie if that’s what you’d like to do at night.

For the piece-de-résistance in dining and shopping: Maple Ponds Equestrian Center is less than an hour (about 45 minutes) from the West Island of Montreal, which has some of the best restaurants and shopping ANYWHERE!
