HEALTH REQUIREMENTS | RULES | LIABILITY WAIVERS

LIABILITY WAIVERS:

All Horse Campers, Day Riders and Non-Riding individuals must sign a waiver of liability, holding neither Maple Ponds Equestrian Center, nor its staff and owners liable for accidents on or off a horse, or on or off the property of Maple Ponds Equestrian Center.

Each Horse Camper, Day Rider and Non-Rider accepts that there are inherent risks associated with horses and camping, which they undertake at their own volition, and they will not hold Maple Ponds Equestrian Center nor any of Maple Ponds Equestrian Center employees or owners liable for mishaps that may occur, including mishaps with any other person or animal(s) using any of the facilities of, or at Maple Ponds Equestrian Center.

Furthermore: Each Horse Camper and/or Day Rider will certify that the horse, which they are riding, is neither the property of Maple Ponds Equestrian Center, nor is supplied by Maple Ponds Equestrian Center in any manner whatsoever.

Each Horse Camper, Day Rider and/or Non-Rider agrees not to hold Maple Ponds Equestrian Center, their employees and owners liable for loss, damage, and/or theft of horse gear, camping equipment, cars, trucks, trailers, clothing, jewelry, cameras, money, credit cards, papers, etcetera.

Each Horse Camper and/or Day Rider agrees not to hold Maple Ponds Equestrian Center, their employees and owners liable for any damages or illness caused to their horse(s).
